1. Services Offered
Afterschool Tutoring 4 You provides academic tutoring, daily homework support, study skills development, and standardized test preparation (including ACT, SAT, and LEAP). Services are directed by certified educators and delivered through individual or group sessions tailored to the unique academic needs of each learner.

2. Fees and Payments
Our goal is to provide high-quality support at affordable rates. We accept various payment methods, including Steve Carter Literacy Program vouchers and LA GATOR participation. Fees are due upon scheduling or as per the agreed-upon billing cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

3. Attendance and Cancellations
Success in tutoring requires consistency. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a non-refundable session fee to cover the time reserved by our expert tutors.

4. Student and Parent Conduct
We provide a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with learning barriers such as ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. We expect respectful behavior from both students and parents. We reserve the right to terminate services if conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful to the learning environment.

5. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared during the registration or tutoring process is kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes, progress tracking, and billing.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for academic breakthrough and confidence building, Afterschool Tutoring 4 You is not liable for specific academic results or standardized test scores. Participation in tutoring does not guarantee a specific grade or academic outcome.
